Terms & Conditions

Our Commitment to You

Coach House Cattery promise to provide the best standard of care that we can for your pet. By agreeing to use Coach House Cattery boarding services, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Your Pet's Health

Proof of vaccination in the form of your pet’s up-to-date vaccination certificates MUST accompany your pet on arrival with us. Treatment MUST be administered at least two weeks before arrival. Your vet can provide vaccine information. If proof of vaccination is not shown on arrival we cannot accept your pet for boarding. Please ensure your pet is up to date with flea and worm treatments.

We require details of any pre-existing conditions and reserve the right to consult a veterinary surgeon should we feel it necessary. By signing the Pet Details Form (Download HERE) you give us your consent to do so. We reserve the right to refuse to board any cat that is clearly unwell or in a very poor condition.

In the unfortunate and unprecedented circumstance that your pet should die during their stay with us, we will contact you immediately and do our very best to accommodate any requirements that you may have at this time, whilst you arrange the collection of your pet.

Charges and Collection

The cost of boarding is £8 per night for a single cat (cost of food, heating and insurance are included in this price). There is a charge of £5 for each cat collected after midday. We also offer a discount for two or more cats sharing. Please contact us for further information.

If any pet is not collected and its owner or the emergency contact have not responded to any attempted contact by Coach House Cattery within 7 days after the due collection date stated, it will be considered that the cat has been abandoned and Coach House Cattery reserve the right to place the pet with an animal charity. Any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.

Care

All cats are insured during their stay but this does not cover any pre-existing or ongoing conditions requiring veterinary care. Any concerns regarding your cat’s health must be reported to the cattery within 72 hours of leaving.

Should the emergency contact specified on your Pet Details Form not be available during an emergency, agreement is given to Coach House Cattery to make any decision necessary regarding your cat's health, providing it is acting in the best interests of your pet and is on the advice of a qualified veterinary surgeon.
